Additionally, if you live in Switzerland, you have the option to pay in installments from 3 to 12 months.
What payment methods do you accept for bookings?
We accept full payments by credit card, debit card, or TWINT.
If I need to cancel my trip, what charges apply?
Cancellations must be submitted by email ([email protected]). Tours have a 0% charge if canceled more than 30 days in advance, and 10% if less. Flights and hotels are subject to charges according to each provider’s policy.
What happens if Viajes24h cancels my booking or changes the itinerary?
If we cancel due to reasons attributable to us, a full refund or an equivalent alternative will be offered. In the event of significant itinerary changes, you may accept the changes or request a partial refund.
Can my booking be canceled due to non-payment?
Yes. If full payment is not received within the established timeframe, Viajes24h reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice, and without refund of any previous payments made.
Am I responsible for my own travel documents (passports and visas)?
Yes. It is your responsibility to verify and have valid and current entry documentation (passports, visas) for your destination. We recommend consulting the embassy/consulate for updated requirements before booking.
What happens regarding damage or loss during the trip?
Viajes24h is not liable for damages, losses, or accidents during the trip, except in cases of direct negligence by the Agency. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance that covers emergencies and other unforeseen events.
