Begin your day with a charming bus ride through the beautiful Swiss countryside, crossing the Albis Pass and along the shores of Lake Lucerne toward the beautiful city of Lucerne. Along the way, capture the stunning views with your camera during a brief photo stop. During a short city introduction, your guide will point out the main attractions, including the Chapel Bridge, the Town Hall, the Jesuit Church, and the Culture and Convention Centre (KKL).

Enjoy approximately six hours to explore Lucerne and Bürgenstock at your own pace. Board the modern Bürgenstock boat, which will take you across Lake Lucerne to Kehrsiten, where you will board the legendary funicular. Discover the luxurious Bürgenstock Resort, which first opened its doors to the public in 1827 and underwent a complete reconstruction before celebrating its reopening in 2017. Follow in the footsteps of renowned guests such as Charlie Chaplin, Audrey Hepburn, and Sean Connery at the Bürgenstock Hotel Museum.

Take a seat at the «Lakeview Lounge» or on the panoramic terrace and enjoy a snack or a refreshing drink. Take a walk along the various trails through the beautiful natural surroundings. The «Felsenweg» trail will lead you to the world’s highest outdoor elevator, the «Hammetschwand Lift» (optional, summer only), or follow the trail to the viewpoint (year-round) with spectacular views of the lake and the city of Lucerne. Later, you can browse the resort’s shopping arcade, where you will find Swiss watches, jewelry, and chocolates. Descend by the Kehrsiten funicular and then enjoy a relaxing boat ride back to Lucerne, where you will meet your guide again for the return journey to Zurich.
